Village Clerk

The Clerk serves as the link between Council and citizens.

The Office of Clerk for the Village of Carlock provides clerical, record keeping and administrative functions to the Village President and Board of Trustees. Below are just a few of the responsibilities of the Village of Carlock Clerk.

  • Records and submits Board of Trustees meeting minutes
  • Collects, organizes, and maintains records
  • Prepares checks for payments by the Board of Trustees
  • Grants peddler permits
